General Summary:
Under general direction, has exposure to hospital operations and/or corporate administrative departments in an integrated health care delivery system. Completes administrative projects in assigned area(s) such as: operations, human resources, ambulatory care, finance, planning and marketing. Works closely with the executive team as assigned throughout the System (i.e., hospital and/or corporate level). Attends various administrative, medical, board and hospital committee meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Establish and maintain positive working relationships with management and staff throughout the Hospital and the System.
2 Apply process improvement principles and quality improvement tools and techniques to identified processes/systems/ tasks.
3 Design and implement performance monitoring systems.
4 Apply analytical methods for problem solving and operations improvement.
5 Collect and organize data relevant to process improvement goals.
6 Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve conflicts and barriers to quality improvement.
7 Manage project scope, schedule, and budget using project management tools and techniques.
8 Utilize IT applications for preparing status reports, progress updates, and other documentation as requested.
9 Develop and provide presentations on process improvement projects.
