At WellSpan, you can take advantage of our opportunities for career advancement. There are two specific tracks—the clinical ladder program and the leadership track.
The clinical ladder program was developed to help strengthen internal resources thereby improving patient outcomes. The program facilitates, promotes and rewards clinical growth. It also helps to create a team of more specialized therapists, which benefits the patients, the therapists and the entire health system.
The leadership track is a new program available to help grow the department now and in the future. As WellSpan Rehabilitation has grown in recent years, management opportunities have increased. The department works with WellSpan’s Center for Leadership Learning to help develop those individuals who may be appropriate for leadership positions in the future.
We encourage continuous learning so that you can excel as a therapist. We offer a reimbursement program for continued professional growth and an ample continuing education budget. In addition, there are regular in-service opportunities.
We offer a competitive benefits package, which includes retirement plans, health insurance and student loan forgiveness options.
If you are interested in working for a well-established health system that offers true quality care for every patient, please consider applying.
